     I found an article where that A CPS worker did not feel the twins would be safe with father Dale Smith. But A judge returned them to the father anyway.
   Police say Parker was last seen on Nov. 17, the same day an episode of "The People's Court" aired in which Parker and Smith argued over who was responsible for the cost of a missing $5,000 engagement ring.
  In A strange turn of events it is not the kids that went missing, it was their mother. Dale was paying child support, which he later went to court about after Michelle went missing, and the judge in that case dropped the child support due to Michelle being missing and they twins are now living with him. The day after Dale was arrested being the prime suspect, CPS removed the twins from his home on Nov 30, 2011.  Below is A close up picture of Michelle's Scientology necklace that her family said she was wearing
